Fathers Day was Sushi Day
On Fathers Day I made sushi for the entire family
My rolls were not that perfect though....
So, I did not sit in the recliner on Sunday 6/17 (I don't have one anyway), but instead went with Hillary to our Japanese grocer. We bought all the ingrediences, some new knifes and back home we went. I was especially proud in practicing my Japanese. The lady in the grocer was surprised, when I asked in Japanese where the Wasabi is "あんおうすみませんわさびはどくですか？"
Thats when the fun started. I cooked the rice, which was near perfect this time, cut the raw fish and made the rolls. My favorite was the natto roll, that no one other then me eats.
